Taylor- Unexpectedly at his residence on Monday August 12, 2024. Darryl Michael Taylor, aged 56 years of Corunna. Loving husband of the late Rachel Taylor (2018). Much loved father of Raelyn Taylor and her partner Zach Wallis of Dresden. Dear brother of Gerry (Carol) Taylor, Gary (Jackie) Taylor, Kathy Vye, Joan (Frank) Clement, Keith Taylor, Jill (Norm) Walker and Wanda Soulliere. Darryl was a cherished brother-in-law of Donna Taylor, Sheila Perry, Albert (Denise) Pikkert and Brian (Lise) Pikkert. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by; his parents, Keith (1991) and Ila (2014); his brothers, David Taylor, Donald Taylor and Bill Taylor; his brothers-in-law, Joe Vye and Gene Soulliere; his sister-in-law, Karen Taylor and by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert (2010) and Judy Pikkert (2019). As per Darryl’s wishes cremation has already taken place. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Monday August 19, 2024 from 4-6 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held in Moore-Union Cemetery on Tuesday August 20, 2024. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society and can be done online directly with the charity of your choosing.
