Romphf- Suddenly surrounded by his loving family at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, on Friday March 16, 2012. Harold Sydney Romphf, age 79 years of Corunna. Beloved husband of 59 years to Marie. Loving father of Harry Warne and his wife Vera of Blenheim, Harold Warne and his wife Pete of Timmins, Judy Chartier and her husband Rene of Thamesville, Larry Romphf of Corunna and Cindy Font of Petrolia. Dear grandfather of 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Harold is also survived by; his sisters, Ruby Butler of Port Colborne and Aletha Larson of Red Deer, Alberta. He was predeceased by; his daughter, Brenda and by his brother Frank Romphf. Harold retired from Polysar after 42 years of service. He was a member of St. Clair Lodge No. 425 A.F. & A.M.-Sombra and was a member of the Corunna Legion. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Monday March 19, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday with Allan McKeown officiating.
