Jeff was one of my best friends and I will miss him very much. He was one person I could always depend on, he always did what he said he would do. He might not have have had a lot as far as material things are concerned but he was so rich in personality and charachter. I feel very lucky to have had him in my life. Because of him I learned what a true friend really is and I will cherish the time I was fortunate enough to spend with him. I send my love and condolences to his Mom and Dad and family and also to his partner,Crystal and kids..
Forever in my heart Loce Christine Titus
