Starr- Peacefully at the Bluewater Health Palliative Care Unit, Sarnia, on Monday May 3, 2010. Margaret Mary Starr aged 90 years formerly of St. Clair Township. Loving mother of Joan Hurst and her husband Brian of Sarnia, Barb Dunn of Sarnia, Sue Taylor and her husband Larry of Corunna, Patrick Starr and his wife Sue of R.R.#1 Mooretown, Cathy Gare and her husband Darryl of Lion’s Head and Matthew Starr and his wife Lou Anne of R.R.#1 Mooretown. Dear grandmother of Katie, Mark, Matthew, Karen, Cassie, Ian, Julie, Joel, Laura, Ann, Greg, Jacob and Megan and great-grandmother of Taylor, Chloe and Jacob. Margaret is also survived by; her sisters, Rita Parsons and Catherine Campbell (Stan) and sister-in-law, Norma O’Brien all of Sarnia. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo (2001); her son, Brian (2008); her sisters, Mary Duchene and Noreen MacDonald and by her brother, Patrick O’Brien. She was a long time member of St. Joseph’s C.W.L. in Corunna. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Wednesday from 2-4 &7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 3:45 p.m.. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, Corunna, on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Jan Pochwala celebrating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
