My deepest condolences to all of the family. I will miss his laugh wafting down to my deck from yours. The day before we had a lovely chat when he was returning the lawnmower back to Brian’s. The chat included a little gossip, a little about the surrounding “wildlife”, a few loud laughs and a little remembering of Bruce and of course Joan. He was a kind, mischievous, lovely neighbour who will be missed in our little neighbourhood.
Sending our sincere condolences to the Sparks families. Steve will sure be missed by all whose lives he touched.

and getting to know & enjoy him over the past years.
Thank you, Steve, for leaving me your rhubarb patch which supplied you with your
favourite pies. I’ll sadly miss baking them for you but will think of you when it’s
rhubarb season! Rest in peace with the love of your life, Joan!
To the SPARKS family:
I know that Wayne is standing at the Pearly Gates welcoming Sparky with open arms.
Heaven will never be the same again!

Our deepest sympathies to Peter and Joan, Linda, Tim and Brenda, and the entire Sparks family. Since we live out of town we had not seen Steve in some time. He came to Mom’s service and he was exactly as we remembered him – smiling and able to bring a smile to us. We will always carry that memory.
