Taylor – Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Marshall Gowland Manor, Sarnia on Wednesday January 24, 2018. Audrey Taylor, age 88 yrs formerly of Corunna. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Taylor (2000). Loving mother of Lynn Ravesi and her husband Joe of Niagara Falls, the late Keith Taylor (2011) (Carol), Denise Davis and her husband Mark of Corunna and Karen Horton and her husband Ross of Niagara Falls. Treasured grandmother of Jason Ravesi (Lisa), Cara Ravesi (Eric McKegney), Nicole Davis (Mike Janes), Adam Davis, Drew Horton, Brianna Horton, McKayla Taylor, Jacob Taylor and great-grandmother of Spencer, Zoey, Florence and River. Audrey was predeceased by her brothers, Peter and Edward and by her sisters, Connie and Joyce all of England. She was a long time active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 447-Corunna and was a passionate knitter for many charities. Special thanks is extended to the Nurses and Support Staff at Marshall Gowland Manor for their superlative care and compassion shown to Audrey during her time there. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Saturday January 27, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. where a celebration of life will follow with Rev. Canon Stephen Harnadek officiating. Cremation has already taken place and a private family service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Corunna Legion Poppy Fund or to the Charity of One’s Choice.     My deepest sympathy to you all at this very difficult time. Your Mother Lynn was pure delight and so good to all the babies at Rosalie Hall where she knitted baby outfits for many years always with her delightful smile. She is and will always be a great lady, living on in our hearts with our wonderful memories of her boundless love and generosity,,,an inspiration.
