AXANI – With saddened hearts we announce the sudden passing of Barb Axani on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the age of 66 years at her home in Courtright . Beloved wife of Robert. Loving mother of Brad (Katherine), Brent and Karen. Treasured grandmother of Taylor, Erin, Samantha, Christopher, Nicholas and Jacob. Survived by her siblings Gary (Elaine) Hayes and Sharon Hayes, nephew David and Family and niece Kim and family. Predeceased by parents Norman and Barbara Hayes. A private family funeral service was held at Knight Funeral Home in Corunna with Rev. Deanna Gibson officiating. Interment followed in Moore Union Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. I really enjoyed meeting her at the school–since I taught all three of her wonderful children, I had a long relationship with her.
