Sorry to hear of Barb’s passing recently. We both knew her from GMD in London, as secretary to Bill and fellow secretary with Mary. Barb was always professional, helpful, friendly, and a classy lady. She was well liked by all, and will be missed. We often thought of her, even though we have all been retired for decades. She always made our day brighter.
Barbara was the beautiful woman inside and out. She was always there to greet me with a warm hug and kiss. I feel so grateful to have called her my friend. So many wonderful chats and belly laughs that will never be forgotten. She was a precious gift to all.
She will be deeply missed. My heart felt condolences to Mike and family.

Mike and Family, our condolences on Barb’s passing. She was always so warm and welcoming when we came to the house for a visit.
Barb was my Godmother. She was part of my life since before I was born. She was a big part of my mom and dads life (Doug and Ev Gardiner). She loved my sister and I like we were her own children. We loved spending time with her, she let us try on her shoes and clothes, watch movies with us, have sleepovers with us. She never missed celebrating a birthday, thanksgiving or Christmas with us. She took care of us when our mom was recovering from brain surgery – while mom was learning how to walk again – Barb was with us. I just loved her so much despite the time that pulled us apart. My sincere and deepest condolences to the family that came before us, the family that came after. I know how much we all cherished and loved her.

“Quote from Jamie Anderson” Grief, I’ve learned is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat and in that hallow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.
Dave and I both loved you both now and always ….
Sending Love and God’s Blessing during this difficult time …..

I will miss weeding the flower gardens and sitting on the back porch, chatting watching the boats on the river.
May your garden be in eternal bloom. Rest easy Lady Barbra
