Beloved wife of Robert Shanks. Loving mother of Tim Shanks & Jim Shanks of Corunna and Lori Beveridge and her husband Mike of Petrolia. Dear grandmother of Brayden and Cody Beveridge and Tyler Toulouse. Also survived by; her brothers, Bill (Diane) Fleckie and John Fleckie of Corunna; her brother-in-law, Jean Montminy of Corunna and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Barb Montminy (1992) and by her parents Doris and Orvan Fleckie. Bonnie enjoyed her time as a foster parent having fostered for over 20 years. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Friday April 10th from 2-4 &7- 9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Stewart Chute officiating. Interment will follow in Moore-Union Cemetery, Mooretown.
