Johnston- The family of David “Mac†Johnston are sad to announce his sudden death on Sunday February 11, 2018 after a brief illness at Bluewater Health in Sarnia. Mac had resided in Sarnia and Port Huron, Michigan and was retired from DOW Chemical. He was predeceased by his wife Doris (1995). In keeping with his wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral service. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Sarnia and District Humane Society or to the charity of one’s choice. So sorry to hear of Mac’s passing.
He was missed by our coffee group at Thompson Gardens after moving to Sarnia. He would make the first pot of coffee for the morning coffee group and serve our first cup.
He enjoyed playing the WII game on Monday nights. He always had a special smile.
