Pettit- Peacefully but unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Thursday March 1, 2018. Diane Marie Pettit (Wagner) age 66 years of Corunna. Beloved wife of 46 years to Larry Pettit. Loving mother of Ryan Pettit (Chrissy) of Dorchester and Brad Pettit (Courtney) of Sarnia. Treasured grandmother of Bryson, Trace and Ellie. Diane is also survived by; her brothers, Garry Wagner of Reece’s Corners, Dale Wagner (Laurie Scott) of Camlachie, Jim Wagner (Carol) of Oil City; her sister, Carol Cox (Joe) of Hamilton; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Petitt of Corunna; her sisters-in-law, Sandra Pettit of Tweed, Marney Pettit of Croton and Jane Racher (Brian) of Sombra. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by; her parents, Jack and Hilda Wagner, her father-in-law, Francis Pettit and by her sisters-in-law, Sharron Wagner and Deborah Mitchell-Wagner. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Monday March 5, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. In keeping with Diane’s wishes cremation has already taken place and no formal funeral services are planned.
