Konings- Richard “Dick” February 12, 1941- February 9, 2009. Suddenly at home in Corunna, Dick passed away leaving a large family to remember him. Beloved husband of Marjorie (Carson). Missed by his children and their spouses; Crystal and Barry Elliott of Lucknow, Steve Lautenslager of Wingham, Dwight and Deb Konings of Aurora, Paula and Tom Beaton of Corunna, Tanya and Brad Anderson of Brigden and Chad and Sara Konings of Brampton. Sadly missed by grandchildren; Ryan (Conja), Kyle (Katie) and Nicole Elliott, Evan and Jordan Lautenslager, Dayna and Drue Konings, Shealyn, Ryley and Laine Beaton, Jessica and Brett Anderson and Owen and Noah Konings and by great-granddaughter, Kira. Also survived by brothers; Adrian (Elma), Bert (Leona); sisters-in-law, Dorothy Konings, Hazel (Melvin) Van DerVeen and Beth (Barry) Denstedt. Predeceased by; his daughter, Kim Lautenslager (2006); his parents, James and Dina Konings; his brothers, James and Johnny and by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Doris Carson. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Friday February 13th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday with Rev. George Bell officiating.
