Being a Petrolia boy myself, we talked and I reassured Frank he was in very good hands as he was wheeled away for surgery. Turns out my 2 week stay was completed before seeing Frank come back from recovery. What a great man with a wonderful personality even while undergoing a stressful situation as emergency surgery. I am extremely saddened for the family. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at C.E.E hospitals in Petrolia and Sarnia! We are so fortunate to have such dedicated health care workers!
