Lumley- Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Bluewater Health- Palliative Care Unit, Sarnia, on Thursday December 31, 2009. Gary Winston Lumley, aged 65 years of Sarnia and formerly of Corunna. Loving husband of the late Patricia (2005). Gary is survived by his loving daughter Marci Lumley and her partner Laura Panther and their children; by his daughter-in-law, Lynda McLeish; his special sister, Freda Ramsay of Sarnia; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bob and Bonnie Lumley of Sarnia, Joe and Shirley Castaldi of Port Lambton and Joe and Chrissy Laprise of Dresden. Numerous special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his parents George (1964) and Ethel (2000). Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Sunday January 3, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday with Allan McKeown officiating. Interment will follow in Moore-Union Cemetery, Mooretown. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the London Regional Cancer Clinic or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
