Vandevenne- At Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Friday January 29, 2021. Gerald Joseph Vandevenne, age 66 years of Corunna. Gerald was a loving brother of Jeanne Pretty (John), Helen Shafer, Betty Hunter and Ruth Bechard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by; his parents, Gerard and Mary Vandevenne; his sisters, Rosemary Henry, Karen Vandevenne and Donna Vandevenne and by his brothers-in-law, Gord Lewis, Ron Shafer, Ken Hunter and Ron Bechard. In keeping with Gerald’s wishes cremation has taken place and his cremated remains will be interred in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Corunna at a later date. As expressions of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Corunna Food Bank or to the Inn of the Good Shepherd.
