Wagner- Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia, on Wednesday September 7, 2011. Glen “Shags” Wagner, age 72 years of Sarnia. Beloved husband of over 54 years to Betty “Sue” (Mckay). Loving father of Greg Wagner and his wife Chriss and Peg Davis and her husband Jim all of Sarnia. Dear grandfather of Josh, Jessa, Kim, Erin, Aimee, Ashley, Jennifer, Jillian and Jarred and great-grandfather of Riley, Brittany and Darwin. Glen is also survived by; his sisters, Barb McNeil and her husband Bill of Owen Sound, Joanne Wagner of Sarasota, Florida, Sylvia Knight and her husband Allan of Corunna, Pat Dawson and her husband Gerald of Oil City, Lynne Howes and her husband Ross of Wyoming; his sister-in-law, Donna Nettleton and her husband Gerry of Sarnia and by numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by; his grandsons, Keegan (1994) and Braxton (1994); his parents, Charles and Mildred Wagner and by his brother and sister-in-law, Lyle and Anne Wagner. Glen was employed with Union Gas for over 40 years and was an avid camper. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Sunday September 11, 2011 from 6-9 p.m. A private family funeral service will be held with Allan McKeown officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice or to the charity of one’s choice.   1. Please accept my condolences in your loss of Glen. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him when I was with Union Gas in Sarnia. He was a good man.
