McKellar–Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Afton Park Place, Sarnia on Tuesday April 19, 2016. Ina Elizabeth McKellar (nee Miskell), age 95 yrs formerly of Moore Township. Loving wife of 61 years to the late Ross McKellar (2005). Dear mother of Linda White and the late Peter Postma (2016) of Sarnia, Howard McKellar and his wife Maureen and Stuart McKellar and his wife Mary Lou all of St. Clair Township. Treasured grandmother of Beth (Wayne), Jeremy (Natalia), Eric (Laurel), Corey (Christa), Matthew (Julia), Callista (Robert), Scott, Stephanie and Michael (Carolyn) and great-grandmother of 11 and great-great-grandmother of 1. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Ina was predeceased by; her sisters, Lil Shepphard, Phyllis Falconbridge, Helen Dancocks and Flo Knight; her brothers, Frank, George and Charles Shorter and her sisters-in-law, Ada (Verne) Robbins and Myrtle (Lloyd) Smith. Ina was a lifelong member of Knox-Moore Presbyterian Church and was a longtime member of the Brigden Fair Board where she was a past president and director of the home craft department. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Sunday April 24, 2016 from 1-4 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ian Marnoch officiating. Interment will follow in Bear Creek Cemetery.
