  17. So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a great neighbour and always had a smile…and a joke as well. He will be missed.

  18. I had the honor of working with Jim in the SRC, Sarnia office. He along with his team mates came together not just as co-workers but as a family. Jim never failed to put a smile on our faces with his jokes and pranks. Like the time he put a for sale sign on my front lawn and wrapped my house with a giant bow while I was on my honeymoon! He was a master jokester with a heart of gold and we loved him for it. Jim always made a point of staying in touch over the last 35 years and I loved our lunches together and phone calls which always ended in a series his crazy jokes. He was a great friend and his passing has left a void in my heart. He may be gone from this earth but can never be forgotten.

I would like to pass on my heart felt condolences at this difficult time to the family that Jim was so proud of.

  19. Sheila we were saddened to learn of Jim’s passing. He was always caring and kind whenever we spoke to him. Please know that we are thinking of you with sympathy for your huge loss. Sincerely, Don and Kim

Sheila, Ryan and Andrea I was so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He always had a smile on his face when he met you and a new joke. I was sure, after 30 years, I would get a repeat joke and be able to give him the punch line but no. His library of jokes was mammoth. “And if you have a minute, I’ve got another one for you”.

  21. Dick and Norma Smith
