Sending our deepest condolences to Kathy and the entire Roache Family.
It was such a privilege and honour to work with your husband and father. He was an incredibly smart and thoughtful man. Jim used to refer to himself at work as the old sparker he had such a wonderful sense of humour. I was so happy he finished his book, I just finished reading it. May you look back on the precious memories and bring you peace and comfort during this unimaginable time.

OMG ….I am so sorry Kathy, Lyle, Natalie and family. Words cannot express how badly I feel for you. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jim at Shell (work wife) and became a good friend with both of you! His sense of humour, compassion and great friendship will be missed by many. Always remember Jim coming to my office to chat (and hide) lol. Very smart man in all aspects of work. Lunches at their home, celebrating your Anniversary and to me ‘he was one of a kind’! So sorry I didn’t make it to visit him at MGM…. He will be missed by ‘many’…..To you Kathy..I will give you space right now as you will need it….Call me when you are ready?….Sending Love and Big Hugs to you and all your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren….Sending BIG hugs and thinking of you!
