Jane Parker

Parker-Peacefully at the Dearness Nursing Home in London Ontario on January 14, 2018, Jane Elizabeth Parker, age 69 years. Loving daughter of the late Percy and Helen Parker. Jane is survived by; her brother, John David Parker (late Nicole Parker) of Corunna; her niece, Carrie (Ryan) Gavigan and nephew, Chris Parker (Michelle Major) all of Corunna. She was a great aunt to Corrigan, Lynkoln and Layghtyn Gavigan and late Reegan Gavigan. Jane had a passion for the piano. Her ability to play from the heart will never be forgotten. Jane loved fashion and her closet reflected that. She had many friends and would start a conversation with a stranger. Jane participated in many of the activities at Dearness and never missed any tea social. Thank you to all of the staff at Dearness for your care and compassion over the years. Thank-you to Jane’s social worker Ashley and Registered Nurse Margaret that had many great stories to share of Jane and being there for her when we were unable to. Cremation has already taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or to the charity of one’s choice.
