McMullen- Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at L.H.S.C.-Victoria Hospital, London on Monday September 15, 2014. Joan Eleanor McMullen age 68 years of Corunna. Loving wife of the late Neil McMullen (1983). Much loved mother of Jacob “Jake” McMullen and his wife Anna of Sarnia and Andrew McMullen and his wife Kari of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Clara McMullen and Quinn Mazaris. Joan is also survived by her brother, James Frey of Winnipeg and by her brother-in-law, Norman McMullen of Richmond Hill. She was predeceased by her parents Edwin and Dorothy Frey. Friends are invited to join the family for a celebration of life visitation at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Friday September 19, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held in Stouffville at a later date. Andrew and Jake: I will remember your mother as a fun loving person who loved to volunteer at colborne st. school. She loved her boys and just had to be asked to do a job and she was right there. I enjoyed the years I spent with your mother as a volunteer at our school.
