  22. Judy and family:
So sorry to hear of my cousin John’s passing. John was more like a brother to me growing up as our our two families, the Robertsons and Turners, felt like one BIG family. Aunt Doreen was my second Mom and I spent many a day at the Cameron Street house playing and often eating Aunt Doreen’s great sandwiches for lunch. The two families spent many Christmases celebrating together. Although I moved away in my late teens, and did not spend much time with John after that, I have thought of him often and the many good times and adventures we had together and hoped he was having a happy life, which it sounds like that happened in abundance. God speed John. You will be missed.
    Your Cousin and friend,
    Richard

  25. So so sad to hear of JT’s passing . I believe we moved on to Alderbury Cres. in 1978 and the turners were already on the same street I believe . They have been a big part of my family’s life through hockey , baseball , golf etc. our families have inner wound with the turners forever . The only thing better than one turner is a whole community full of them . The impact one man has on a community and family is unreal . Forever missed and never forgotten
