Kaye Mole

Mole- Kaye Elaine (Kaercher) Mole, born April 26, 1944, passed away quietly at home on November 26, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born to John L. and Margaret Kaercher of Port Huron, Michigan, Kaye graduated from Yale High School in Yale, Michigan. She married Donald H. Mole on January 21, 1972 and moved to Canada. She worked for Canada Post for many years before retiring. Kaye had such a love for crafting, doll making, ceramics, flower gardens and for Rock and Roll and Country Music. She also played a mean game of yahtzee. She is survived by; her sons, Dan Carey of Georgia, Shawn and Brenda Carey-Mole of Corunna and Don and Jennifer Mole of Nova Scotia; her grandchildren, Sarah and Dan, Tru and Tucker Ward of Corunna, Jeremy and Adrianna Carey of Corunna, Shawna Carey and Tristan of St. Catharines, Octavia Carey and Pat of St. Catharines, Travis Carey of Georgia, Nolan Mole and Graydon Mole of Falmouth, Nova Scotia. Kaye is also survived by; her sister, Pamela Dagg and Bruce Leathorn, along with niece Stacey Scott and her husband Larry of Yale; her sister-in-law, Kitti Harris of Port Huron; her brother-in-law, Denney Kempen of Muskegon and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by; her sisters, Sharon Nowiski and Cindy Kempen; her brothers, Dale, Rick, Lee and Gary Kaercher and by several nephews. In keeping with Kaye’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers friends who wish to express sympathy may wish to consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one’s choice.
