Gormley- Peacefully at Oaks Retirement Village, Wallaceburg on Tuesday February 7, 2017. Lorraine Gormley, age 88yrs. formerly of Courtright. Beloved wife of the late Pat Gormley (2003). Loraine is survived by her nephew, Jim Carse (Kim) of North Carolina and by her best friends, Paul and Adwena Whitsitt of Courtright. She will be fondly remembered by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews in the Gormley family. She will be best remembered for her love of horses, bowling, playing cards and socializing with her many friends. In keeping with Lorraine’s wishes cremation has taken place and no further services are planned. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Sarnia and District Humane Society. Arrangements entrusted to Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna. Hey Pat just wanted to let yous know we are thinking of you guys Diane & I will get you guys & the boys in our prayers. Di didn’t know your Mom but I sure did I was telling her back 100 yrs ago when I was a kid & worked at the bowling alley your Mom was one of my favorite ladies on the Thursday night ladies league she always treated me like I was very special. She was very kind & funny I remember how she used to love to beat Adda Brown an rub it in. Funny how some things in life stick with us. We feel your grieve. Tuck & Di
