Richardson- Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Bluewater Health Palliative Care Unit, Sarnia, on Friday June 25, 2010. Margaret June Richardson aged 73 years of Corunna. Beloved wife of 55 years to Bill. Loving mother of Patti Richardson of Port Lambton, Deb Mullen and her husband Mickey of Corunna, Jim Richardson and his wife Sandra of Sarnia and Carol “Tick” Richardson of Pt. Edward. Treasured grandmother of Meghan Scherer, Tom Mullen, Keely Richardson and Codey Thibert. Dear sister of Jim Elliott of Pontiac, Mi., Bill Elliott (Helen) of Sarnia, John Elliott (Elaine) of Phoenix, Az. and Carol Elliott of Toronto. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Joan Dew (Garth) of Sarnia and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Margaret will be fondly remembered by her dear friend Judy Smuland of Corunna. She was predeceased by her parents Ed and Jessie Elliott; her brother, Bob; her grandson, Joe Thibert and by her mother-in-law, Helen Richardson. Margaret retired from Polysar/Bayer in 1992 and was a long time member of Christ Anglican Church in Corunna. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Monday June 28, 2010 from 2-4 &7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday with Fr. Gary Parker officiating. Interment will follow in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. As expressions of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to Bluewater Health Palliative Care Unit, Huron House Boys Home or to Cystic Fibrosis.   2. My condolences to the Richardson family. I remember Marg as being very involved in local youth sports and so supportive. I know she will be missed by many people. My sympathies are with you all.
