Wirth- Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday April 25, 2011. Marie Emma Frances Wirth, age 87 years formerly of Corunna. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Wirth (2001). Dear mother of Kirk Wirth and his wife Shelagh of South Carolina, Patricia Shea of Toronto, Richard Wirth and his wife Diane of Victoria and Susan Falcon and her husband Joseph of Glen Morris. Marie was a loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy Shepherd of Toronto. She was predeceased by her parents Helen and William Gereghty and by her brother Gerard (1934). As per Marie’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service was held at Froomefield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may express sympathy through memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one’s choice.
