Arundell- Peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia on Friday February 18, 2011. Marlene Joanne Arundell, age 74years of Corunna. Beloved wife of 55 years to Bill. Dear mother of Bill Arundell and his wife Leigh of Whitby, Jay Arundell of Valrico, Florida and Dawn Potvin and her husband Brian of Sarnia. Loving Nana of Billy, Ryan, Meghan, Erin, Jason and Reilly. Marlene is also survived by; her brother, Chuck Houston and his wife Margaret of Vernon, B.C.; Brothers-in-law, Art Mason of Sarnia and Edgar Arundell and his wife Elaine of Mississauga and by sister-in-law, Carrol Arundell of Sarnia. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by; her twin sister, Marilyn Mason (2009) and sisters-in-law, Faye Arundell (2008) and Willow Arundell (1955). Family and friends are invited to join for a celebration of Marlene’s life which will be held on Thursday February 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from All Saints-Christ Church, Corunna. Friends will be received at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
