Holmes- Gerald “Morley” Holmes, a lifelong Corunna resident passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday June 30, 2009 at the age of 72 years. He is survived by; his brother, Myron Holmes and his wife Joanne of Corunna; his nephews, Scott and Jason Holmes and by numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Harry (1974) and Gwen (2003), by his brother, Carman (1953), by his sister, Brenda (1943) and by his niece, Lisa Holmes (1990). Cremation has taken place and a graveside service is to be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Knight Funeral Home, Corunna.
