Ryan-Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Sunday April 3, 2011. Patrick “Pat” William Ryan, in his 89th year of Froomefield. Beloved husband of nearly 60 years to Rose. Loving father of Mary Ann Tremaine (Dave), Bill Ryan (Karen), Jack Ryan (Laurie), Mike Ryan (Maureen), Gerald Ryan (Melody) and Robert Ryan. Much loved grandfather of six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by; his son, Alsom (1955); his parents, Mary and John Ryan; his brothers, Alsom, John “Tuddie”; sister, Annie and by a granddaughter. Pat was a retired Insulator from DOW Chemical after 38 years of service and was the original trainer with the Mooretown Flags Hockey Club. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Wednesday April 6, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Allan McKeown officiating.
