Kaal- Paulina Sophia Kaal, age 89 years passed away peacefully at Trillium Villa Nursing Home, Sarnia on Wednesday September 22, 2021. Our beloved Mom (Oma) left us to join her husband Benny in heaven, who passed away 4 years to the day. As much as Pat (Mark), Rob (April), Nancy (Bruce), Lisa and her grandchildren will miss her, we know in our hearts that she is finally at peace. We wish to thank all the wonderful people at Trillium Villa who became part of her family. She could be a stubborn Dutch woman with a bit of spark. Thank you for all your help, care ,compassion and love for Paulina as she became everyone’s “Oma”. Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service was held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Corunna. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions to be made to The Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice.
