Field-Suddenly at his residence on Tuesday January 25, 2011. Raymond Field age 82 years of Corunna. Beloved husband of 62 years to Rosemarie. Devoted father of John Field of Sarnia, David Field and his wife Diane of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Rene Field and her husband Bill Chambers, Kim Gledhill and her husband Mark, Christine Carpenter and her husband Christian all of Corunna, Janice Smith and her husband Brian of Petrolia and Nancy Selman and her husband Robert of Corunna. Loving grandfather of Nicole, Danielle, Jason, Heather,Wulf, Erika,Theo, Jacob, Matthew, Samantha and Kelly and great-grandfather of Rebecca, Shelby, Skylar, Calen, Jeffrey, Josh and Isabelle. He is also survived by; his brother, Frank (Jean) Field of St. Thomas; sister-in-law, Gladys Field of St. Thomas; by special friends, Peter and Kathy Wakely and family and by companions Regie and Tucker. He was predeceased by; his parents, John and Grace Field; brother, Maurice Field and by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Martha McMillan. Ray was a fantastic woodworker and artist. He retired in 1988 from CSXT where he had worked as a carman for 43 years. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Thursday January 27, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday with Rev.
