Raymond Rawson

Rawson- Unexpectedly as a result of an accident on Friday June 2, 2023. Raymond Willard Rawson, age 64 years of Mooretown. Loving and devoted husband of Karen Camden. Dear father of Michelle Rawson of Sarnia, step-father of Jennifer O’Neill of Mooretown and Ashley Camden and her partner Michelle of St. Thomas. Grandfather of Dakota, Evan and Mandi and great-grandfather of 1. Ray is also survived by; his mother, Zenovia Rawson of Corunna; his brother, Jeff Rawson of Sarnia and by his sister, Cathy Rawson of Corunna. 1 niece and two nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his father Clayton Rawson (2020). Ray was a long time member of Local #663 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union and will be fondly remembered as a lover of life and for his inappropriate (at times) jokes that will be missed. In keeping with the Ray’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at the Corunna Legion 350 Albert St. Corunna on Saturday June 24, 2023 from 1-5 p.m. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Sarnia and District Humane Society or to the charity of one’s choice.     Heart felt sympathy to Karen and family I knew Ray for many many years working for KelGor . whenever his name came up it would bring a smile or concern to all his fellow brothers.
