Reta Walton

Walton- Reta Mavis, age 92 years of Sarnia and formerly of Courtright passed away peacefully at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Saturday September 26, 2020. Reta was predeceased by; her beloved husband, Robert (2006) and by her son, James (1947). She is survived by; her son, Norman Walton and his wife Shary of Sarnia; her granddaughters, Dr. Jennifer Walton-Hanley and her husband Eric of Kentucky and Jane Walton-Cote and her husband Kenneth of Sarnia and by her great-grandchildren, Jillian and Campbell Cote. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Reta was predeceased by; her parents, Elvin and Merle (Hiller) Lester; her brothers, Earl Lester (Kathleen) and Morris Lester (Virginia) and by her sisters, Harriet Shepherd (Cliff), Ellen Matthews (Valley) and Mary Taylor (Ray).Cremation has taken place and due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions a private family burial service will be held at Moore-Union Cemetery at a later date. If desired donations to the Pathways Health Center for Children would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna.
