Johnston- Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Bluewater Health-Sarnia, on Tuesday July 26, 2016. Ronald Patrick Johnston, age 57 yrs. Much loved brother of Chris Bellaire of Corunna and Cathy (Jeff) Agostino of Marysville, Mi. Husband of Norma Johnston of Pt. Edward and step-father of Mike Murphy and Patti Murphy-Yates. Numerous step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. He was predeceased by; his parents, Don and Louise Johnston; his brother, Randy Johnston; his brother-in-law, Rick Bellaire and by his nephew, Ryan Foster. Ron was a long time member of the Labourers Union, was an avid gardener, fisherman and an all around outdoorsmen. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Thursday July 28, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. where a celebration of his life will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Deacon Lyle Lalonge officiating. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice- Sarnia or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
