Feenstra- Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at C.E.E. Hospital, Petrolia following several years of declining health on Friday August 7, 2015. Sharon Evelyn (Luker)Feenstra, age 72 yrs. of Petrolia. Beloved wife of 52 years to Frank. Much loved mother of Dave Feenstra of Wyoming, Brian and Kendra Feenstra of Petrolia, Brenda Feenstra and Kevin Knight of Corunna and Jody Feenstra and Jaime Kinney of Petrolia. Treasured grandmother of Brooke, Amber (Joel), Ronn, Samantha (Jordan), Danielle and Dawson. Loving sister of Joanne Brand (Walt) and the late Donald Luker and the late Wayne Luker. Dear sister-in-law of Jake Feenstra (late Donna), Henry Feenstra (Jane), Alice Pool (late Bill), Jim Feenstra (Gayle), Hilda Honselaar (Neil), June Luker (Dave Roe) and Linda Luker. Sharon is also survived by her dear friend Joyce Johnson. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by her parents Clair and Mildred Luker. Friends will be received at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia on Monday August 10, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the First Christian Reformed Church, 1105 Exmouth St. Sarnia with Rev. Harry Mennega officiating. Interment will follow in Wyoming Cemetery. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the C.E.E.
