Our heartfelt condolences to May and the entire family. Bill was such a wonderful neighbour, and was fondly called "The Mayor". We watched his children grow over the years, get married and have their own families. May was always by his side, whether it was grocery shopping, tending to their garden and lawn and he will be dearly missed.

I spoke with Bill a number of times as he generously supported Brianne's bursary. He was a lovely gentleman, funny and warm despite the reason for our conversation. My sincere condolences to the entire Deschamps family.
